Cooking in Florence
provides a variety of experiences unequaled elsewhere. Each year, new programs
are added and no single course is identical to another. The '96-97 season
saw the opening of our exciting new kitchen, built into a fifteenth-century
farmhouse, in the Chianti Classico wine and olive oil country, just outside
Florence.
Participants
to the school will stay, as usual, at the hotel in Florence -- and will continue
to have all the advantages of sightseeing and shopping in the city -- but
the classes will be held (using our own private bus) at our new seat in the
country. |
